My 30-Day Challenge: Alli Diet Pill Results

I quit smoking after several years with the prescription drug Chantix, but I picked up another habit: FOOD (and anxiety, but that’s another story altogether). I phoned my mom: “Mom, it’s been three months since I quit smoking… but I can’t stop eating!” My mom said, “Then tell your doctor.” I replied, “Let’s fight one battle at a time, thank you.”

And boy had my eating start to become a battle. I had always read that people who quit smoking gained at least 10 pounds when they quit. I knew I’d be one of those statistics if I didn’t do something about it real soon.

And here’s what happened when I tried the Alli diet pill for 30 days. If you can’t wait to find out the results, then go straight to the final analysis of the Alli diet pill, but surely, you want to read about my foul-ups!

I ripped into the box and read the “starter-kit materials” as I sat the Alli bottle onto the table. After an hour, I kept telling my husband, “I want to try it. But I need something with fat in it.” He said, “Eat some spinach and corned beef,” something we had had the night before. “That doesn’t have enough fat in it,” I said.
